Co-OWNER | Operations Manager
Salvador “Sal” Orozco brings over 20 years of hands-on HVAC experience serving residential and commercial clients throughout the El Paso area. As a former lead technician and service manager, he has built a reputation for not only delivering high-quality work, but for leading with accountability, precision, and pride in every job.
Sal sets the standard for all field operations at Desert Peak Climate Solutions, overseeing diagnostics, installations, and overall job execution with a focus on long-term performance, efficiency, and reliability. His ability to accurately assess systems and implement effective solutions has made him a trusted expert in the field.
He holds NATE certification and contractor licenses in both Texas and New Mexico, and has developed pricing structures and operational systems adopted by previous companies, reflecting both his technical expertise and leadership within the industry.
At Desert Peak Climate Solutions, Sal leads with a commitment to excellence, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard and every customer receives service they can depend on.

Stephanie leads the business, financial, and client experience side of Desert Peak, ensuring the company operates with structure, professionalism, and long-term vision. A 10-year U.S. Navy veteran, she brings a disciplined, organized, and solutions-driven mindset to the foundation of the business.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, along with a professional background in finance and client service. This combination allows her to build strong systems, maintain financial clarity, and create a seamless, well-managed experience for every customer.
At Desert Peak, Stephanie oversees financial management, customer communication, and the overall client journey, from the first call to final follow-up. Her focus is on transparency, organization, and making sure every customer feels taken care of and confident in the service they receive.
