With over 20 years of HVAC experience, Sal leads our field operations with a strong focus on quality workmanship, honest service, and customer care. As a licensed and certified technician in both Texas and New Mexico, he brings deep technical knowledge to every project, from residential repairs to large commercial systems. His leadership ensures every installation, repair, and maintenance service is completed with precision and pride.

Co-Owner | Business & Finance Operations
Stephanie oversees the business operations behind Desert Peak, including client experience, finance, marketing, administration, and company growth strategy. A 10-year U.S. Navy veteran with a background in business operations and client service, she brings structure, professionalism, and a people-first mindset to the company. Her vision is centered around building a trusted local brand that customers feel confident calling time and time again.
